By creating an account, signing in or using paid GetWalloo services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
GetWalloo provides tools for organizing personal or permitted business budgeting information, including income, expenses, bills, loans, goals, cash-flow information, reminders, imports, exports and optional AI-assisted insights. Features may vary by plan, country, device and availability.
The demo is a limited, read-only evaluation using sample data. It is not a substitute for a user account, does not create a permanent budget and may be limited to one demonstration on a device or browser. Continued or expanded use requires an account and, where applicable, a subscription.
You must provide accurate account information and keep passwords, PINs, devices and recovery methods secure. Optional “Keep me signed in” functionality increases convenience but also increases risk on shared devices. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
You retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of information you enter or import. You authorize GetWalloo to process that information to provide the service. Do not upload information you do not have the right to use. GetWalloo may provide export and backup tools, but you should maintain appropriate independent records where loss of data would materially affect you.
GetWalloo is not a bank, lender, investment adviser, broker, accountant, tax adviser or law firm. Calculations, reminders, forecasts and AI-generated outputs are informational tools and may contain errors. Verify important figures and decisions independently.
Paid features, prices, billing intervals, taxes, renewal terms and cancellation terms are shown during purchase. Trials may be limited to one per eligible user. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, access to paid features may stop when a subscription expires or is cancelled.
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, probe or bypass security, interfere with other users, upload malware, use the service unlawfully, or use another person’s account without authorization.
We may maintain, improve, add, remove or modify features and may suspend service when reasonably necessary for security, legal, operational or maintenance reasons. We will provide notice where required by law.
GetWalloo and its software, branding, design and service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of GetWalloo intellectual property.
We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security threats, unlawful use, non-payment or where required by law. Users may stop using the service and may cancel paid subscriptions through available billing controls.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer-protection rights.
The governing law and dispute forum applicable to a user may depend on the contracting GetWalloo entity, the user’s location and mandatory consumer law. Any published order form, app-store terms or local mandatory law may supplement these Terms.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@getwalloo.com.
These Terms are a practical global baseline, not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal review. Consumer, privacy, payments and financial-information rules differ by country.
