GetWalloo is a personal-finance application designed to help users organize budgets, bills, income, loans, goals and related financial information. This policy explains what information we process, why we process it, and the choices available to you.
Depending on the features you use, GetWalloo may process account details such as your name and email address; financial information you enter such as income, expenses, bills, loans, balances, categories and goals; settings such as language, country, currency, notification preferences and security preferences; files or data you choose to import; subscription and payment status received from payment providers; and technical or security logs needed to operate and protect the service.
GetWalloo does not need your online-banking password to provide its core budgeting functions. Do not enter card PINs, banking passwords, one-time passwords or other authentication secrets into free-text fields.
We use information to provide and synchronize the features you request, secure accounts and sessions, process subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, improve reliability, comply with legal obligations and, where you request AI features, generate the requested analysis or feedback.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to perform our contract with you, comply with law, protect legitimate security and service interests, or rely on your consent for optional processing. You may withdraw optional consent where the law allows.
Account data is designed to be separated by user/tenant identifiers and protected by access controls. We use security measures appropriate to the service, including encrypted HTTPS connections, access controls, database row-level security where supported, security headers and session controls. No internet service can promise absolute security, so users should also protect their devices, passwords and recovery methods.
The GetWalloo demo uses sample information only. Demo changes are not intended to become a permanent personal budget and are not saved as account data.
Payment providers, hosting providers, authentication providers and other service providers may process limited information needed to provide their services. Their processing is also governed by their own privacy terms. GetWalloo does not store a full payment-card number when payment is handled by a third-party payment provider.
Because GetWalloo may be offered internationally, information may be processed in countries different from your own, subject to contractual, technical and legal safeguards required by applicable law.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting duties, resolve disputes and protect the service. Information may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required, subject to lawful retention obligations.
Depending on your country, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or request deletion of personal data. You can also control notifications, session persistence and application-lock settings from the app where available.
If account deletion is available inside the app, follow the account or privacy settings provided there. If it is not yet available for your account, contact GetWalloo support to request deletion. We may retain limited information where legally required.
GetWalloo is not intended for children who cannot legally consent to the processing of their personal information in their jurisdiction. Do not create an account for a child unless applicable law and required parental authorization permit it.
GetWalloo is a budgeting and information tool. It does not provide regulated financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice. You remain responsible for verifying your entries and making your own financial decisions.
We may update this policy when the product, law or our practices change. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
Privacy and data-protection enquiries may be sent to support@getwalloo.com. Before public app-store submission, GetWalloo should ensure this support address and the published support URL are actively monitored.
This policy is intended as a product-ready baseline for global distribution. Local counsel should review it before launch in jurisdictions with additional financial-services, consumer, data-residency or sector-specific requirements.
